One pair of Escrima Arm Pads specially developed for the training of Filipino Martial Arts - Arnis, Eskrima, Kali.
Please pay attention to the advises regarding the sizing.
Included is one arm pad for the left and one arm pad for the right forearm, made of Nylon with rubber padding.
The padding consists of strips of foamed rubber material sewn lengthwise into the arm pad. The padding cushions hits on the forearm.
The arm pads are fastened with flexible velcro straps at the forearm. The arm pads have a light weight, so that the freedom of movement of the arm is sustained.
The arm pads are available as pairs in the sizes S, M, L, XL. Please select the required size.

For the best sizing of the arm pads please measure the length and the circumference of the forearm. Please note that individual circumstances, personal preferences and especially other equipment used (like gloves and elbow pads) have an influence on the right sizing of the arm pads.
S: length of forearm*: more than ca. 17cm, circumferense of forearm**: less than ca. 23cm
M: length of forearm*: more than ca. 19cm, circumferense of forearm**: less than ca. 27cm
L: length of forearm*: more than ca. 21cm, circumferense of forearm**: less than ca. 32cm
XL: length of forearm*: more than ca. 23cm, circumferense of forearm**: less than ca. 38cm
* The minimum length of the forearm measured in the inside of the foreram from the ellbow to the wrist. If the forearm is shorter than this value, the bending of the wrist or elbow might be restricted (additional equipment like gloves or ellbow pads are not taken into account here).
** The circumference of the forearm at the biggest spot (shortly before the elbow). If the circumference of the forearm is bigger than this value, then the arm pad might be too tight.
